Network Device Monitoring Billing
- How billing works for the network device monitoring feature
- Why some network devices are charged as many devices
What you are going to learn:
The standard monthly price for a single device in the Basic Plan is $12 for up to 54 network interfaces. If the device has more than 54 interfaces (ex: a stack of multiple 48-ports switches), the device will be charged $12 for each increment of 54 network interfaces.
In the device detail page, users will see the following note if the device is charged as more than one device: This device is billed as X devices because it has Y interfaces.
- 0 to 54 interfaces:
1x $12 = $12
- 55 to 108 interfaces:
2x $12 = $24
- 109 to 162 interfaces:
3x $12 = $36
- 163 to 216 interfaces:
4x $12 = $48
- etc...
