Solve Invalid Session - Network Config Error

This error happens when something is not properly configured in the application. The way to fix this error depends on what the user is trying to accomplish. If the performance monitoring must be done via the private IP, then Add the agents to the Network. If the user wants to monitor via the public IPs of the agents, then change the agent mode to Private Internet Server

The two agents cannot communicate with each other because they are not in the same Obkio Network. You can fix this by assigning both of them to the same Obkio Network with Menu -> Networks like shown below.

Please note you can have multiple agents all part of the same Obkio Network. See Agent Networks for more information.

The two agents cannot communicate with each other because none of them is with the Private Internet Server agent mode. To measure network performance via the public IPs of the agents, you need to have one agent set in the Private Internet Server mode in order to accept incoming UDP packets on the public IP be returned back to the Client agent. You can fix this by changing the agent mode on one of them to Private Internet Server like this.
