Network Device Settings
- What are the different device settings
What you are going to learn:
To access the device settings (or edit page), go to the network device detail page and then click the Menu Icon
at the top right then Edit
.
Name: A name to identify the network device.
Hostname / IP: Hostname or IP Address of the network device.
Collector Agent: Which agent will take charge of the SNMP polling. We recommend to select the agent closest to the device.
Collector Frequency: The interval between two SNMP polling.
Location: String to detail the Location of this network device.
Contact Details: String to detail who is in charge of this network device. It could be an email, name or phone number.
