Don't have a server to host the software?
Don't worry, we got the Obkio Hardware Agent for you. It's a plug-and-play device and no configuration is required on the device. You simply need an RJ-45 port with DHCP enabled and the device will provision from the Cloud.

Can I use Obkio for free?
Yes! The Free Plan is free forever, but limited to 2 software agents.
Is the Hardware Agent required?
No, it’s not. If you have a server to host the Software Agent (Linux VM required), you are all set. We also have an OVA that has been built in a Vmware environment. The Hardware Agent is used in offices where a virtual environment is not available.
Is a long-term commitment required?
No! If the service is no longer useful for your organization, you can cancel at any time.
What is a User?
A User is someone who has an account in the App that is linked to an organization.
What is a monitoring session?
A Monitoring Session is created between two Agents to measure Performance Metrics. Each plan has a pool of Monitoring Sessions based on the number of Agents deployed. For example, with the Premium Plan, if you have 20 agents, you would have access to a total of 200 Monitoring Sessions (20 × 10).
What happens if I don’t have enough monitoring sessions?
If you exceed the number of monitoring sessions in your pool, the sessions will be created but their state will be suspended. To enable those sessions, you can either modify your monitoring templates or upgrade your account plan.
How will I be billed?
By default, you will be billed via the registered credit card at the beginning of each month according to the plan you are currently subscribed to, the number of Agents and the number of users at that time.
Do you offer discounts for large organizations?

How many Agents do I need per location?
Usually, we recommend one agent per location/office. However, if you have a large office or a campus, multiple agents can give you enhanced visibility on your network performance.
How does the 14-day trial work?
During the trial, you will have the same features as the premium package, but you will be limited to a maximum of 10 software agents.
What will happen after 14 days?
Your account will be switched to the Free Plan. If you have more than 2 agents, they will be disabled.
