Today, we are announcing a Docker version of our Network Monitoring Agent. This Docker version makes it very easy for IT teams running Docker infrastructures such as Kubernetes, AWS ECS or Docker Swarm to deploy the Obkio Software Agent.

Obkio’s Docker agent is available for both Linux and Windows operating systems (x86 64-bits architectures), which provides you with flexible deployment options to meet your needs.
That’s because Obkio’s Software Agent installs on Windows, and Linux servers (Virtual or Bare metal) based on CentOS, Debian or Ubuntu.

Low Footprint: Our software agent requires very little system resources, including as low as 2 vCPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of disk.
Single Command Installation: Installing the software agent is easy! All you need to do is paste a single command line provided by the application. A cron will then be installed to keep the agent up-to-date.
Ideal for Data Centers and Clouds: The software agent can be deployed in Data centers, Cloud environments or at any locations where a Linux, Windows, Docker machine is available to host the software.
