Building on the updates we shared earlier this year in our Obkio Autumn Updates article, we introduced new tools and features that simplify network monitoring and troubleshooting for our users.

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re thrilled to announce two major upcoming releases:

• Microsoft Teams Monitoring: Monitor and optimize Microsoft Teams performance with a dedicated feature designed to monitor the performance of Teams calls to tackle common challenges like slow connections or call drops.
• The New and Improved Obkio Vision: Our visual traceroute tool is getting a major upgrade to provide even deeper insights into network paths and performance. This enhanced version will be integrated directly into Obkio’s app, allowing you to seamlessly correlate data between Obkio’s Network Monitoring graphs and Obkio Vision.

One of the most exciting upcoming additions is the integration of automatic correlation and diagnostics for network issues. This new feature will help users analyze network data automatically to pinpoint problems, saving you valuable time and effort during troubleshooting.

For the first time, we participated in conferences in the United States, starting with the MSP Summit in Atlanta and the ICMI Contact Center Expo in Orlando, Florida.
