Advanced Notification Features with PagerDuty Integration

Over the last months, customers have been asking us for advanced notification features such as SMS, Voice Calls, Escalation and On-Call Management. These are all great features to simplify the way our customers deal with the notifications they receive from Obkio.

Today, we are announcing that we are enabling such advanced notification features with our PagerDuty integration as a verified PagerDuty Partner.

Once setup, the integration will send all the notification alerts to PagerDuty. Within a notification, custom fields are used inside PagerDuty to allow customers to define their own rules based on the severity of the alert, the group of the agents, and many more criteria.

For example, with the integration, it's easy for a customer to enable SMS notification on Critical notification for the agents inside the group My Critical Agents.
