Enhanced Graphs - App new release: v1.12
Ever heard companies saying "We love customer feedback"? It's one thing to love feedback but it's another thing to take that feedback and make changes to the product. The team worked hard for the last few weeks on improvements to our "Network Response Time" and "VoIP Quality" graphs to make them easier to use. These changes benefit from a larger screen now available with our recently released Web App.
Previously, the App had 4 fixed time ranges available (3 hours, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month). Now, we have 6 relative time ranges (3 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days), 5 fixed time ranges (today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month), and if that's not enough, you can also specify a custom period.
In the time range selection, we added a "Pin Time Range" option. When active, the time range selection stays the same when you navigate through all the pages of the App. This is very useful if you select the time range for a specific issue and then want to navigate through the session list to compare the network performance of different sessions.
The tooltips of all the graphs are now synchronized together when there is more than one graph in a page. This makes it easier to compare an event in a graph with the other graphs.
The App team is now working on a multi-graph page that will let you mix and match any graph from the App and build a custom dashboard. Stay tuned for this new feature that will be coming in the next few weeks.
